How Long Grip Training: A little over a year solid and without breaks.
Current Grip Training Program: KTA
with some tweaks and twists thrown in. Heath Sexton has hooked me up with a high
volume workout that is awesome and shot my strength up fast! I also love block
weights of all shapes and sizes. That is all I do.
Other Training Info: Powerlifter/strongman/weightlifter. A jack of all
trades, a master of none!
Other Info: First and only Mash Monster with a pacemaker! YAHOO!! LOL!
