How Long Grip Training: 3 years
Current Grip Training Program: For training grippers I use a KTA style workout. High volume, high intensity seems to work best for me followed by 3 to 4 days of rest before a max gripper attempt. I have not done a lot of grip training in the last 6 months. I trained for about 2 weeks specifically for this max attempt.
Other Training Info: Squat, bench, and deadlift with assistance exercises. Occasionally, I do some odd object lifting.
Acknowledgements: I give great thanks to God for the strength, persistence, and determination he has blessed me with. I'm also thankful for the Gripboard and its members and the KTA program. All of these have given me the tools to take my crushing strength to new levels.
